Job summary

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant with bookkeeping expertise to join our client's team and elevate operations from home.

You will record financial transactions in QuickBooks, perform reconciliations, manage AP/AR, prepare reports, and support leadership while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• 2+ years of bank reconciliations experience.
• 2+ years using QuickBooks.
• 2+ years managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Review account discrepancies and resolve issues.
