Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered web and mobile interfaces. You will translate product requirements and user insights into accessible, elegant designs while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers in an agile environment.

The role emphasizes research-driven design, prototyping, and contributing to a shared design system, with remote collaboration and international exposure as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design for web and/or mobile products.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and with remote collaborators is preferred.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research and usability testing; ability to translate insights into design decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• User-centered mindset, detail-oriented, collaborative.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Insights: collaborate to gather requirements and translate findings into personas and journeys.
• Interaction Design: create information architectures, wireframes, and flows.
• Visual Design & UI Components: develop high-fidelity mockups and a shared design system.
• Prototyping & Testing: build interactive prototypes and run usability tests.
• Collaboration with Engineering: provide specs and assets for implementation.
• Accessibility & Performance: ensure WCAG-compliant interfaces.
• Documentation & Handoff: maintain design decisions and component libraries.
• Continuous Improvement: iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ad Hoc Projects: contribute to design sprints and branding updates.
