Asiacruit is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered interfaces for web and mobile, partnering with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define interaction patterns and a scalable design system. You will translate user insights into elegant, accessible designs and prototypes in an iterative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UX/UI/product design experience in web and/or mobile.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams and remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Ability to translate research insights into design decisions and outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Insights: Collaborate with product and research teams to gather requirements through interviews, surveys, and usability tests; synthesize into personas and journeys.
• Interaction Design: Create IA, wireframes, and flows; build prototypes for concept validation and iteration.
• Visual Design & UI Components: Develop high-fidelity mocks and a shared design system; ensure accessibility and brand alignment.
• Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive prototypes; run usability tests and refine designs.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Provide specifications and assets; ensure correct implementation and responsive behavior.
• Accessibility & Performance: Advocate inclusive design; consider WCAG guidelines and performance constraints.
• Documentation & Handoff: Document decisions; maintain components and handoff materials.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor usage metrics; iterate for better UX.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to design sprints and branding initiatives.
