Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered web and mobile interfaces. You will translate product requirements and user insights into elegant, accessible designs, partnering with product managers, engineers, and researchers to improve usability and drive product adoption.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic to users, and comfortable in an iterative, agile environment, contributing to design systems and scalable UI components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of UX/UI/product design experience for web or mobile.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and with remote collaborators.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD; familiarity with design systems and handoff tools.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Insights: gather requirements via interviews, surveys, usability testing and create personas and journeys.
• Interaction Design: create IA, wireframes, flows and prototypes; iterate from feedback.
• Visual Design & UI Components: develop high‑fidelity mockups, UI components, and share a design system.
• Prototyping & Testing: build interactive prototypes and run usability tests to refine designs.
• Collaboration with Engineering: provide specifications and assets for implementation, ensure design intent.
• Accessibility & Performance: advocate inclusive design and performance considerations.
• Documentation & Handoff: document decisions and maintain component libraries for future iterations.
• Continuous Improvement: monitor usage and metrics to drive design improvements.
• Ad Hoc Projects: participate in design sprints, branding updates, cross-functional programs.
