Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft user-centered web and mobile interfaces, translating product insights into accessible designs. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape interaction patterns and a living design system.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in UX/UI design, proficiency with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD, and strong English communication. This role offers flexible remote work and opportunities for international collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of UX/UI/product design for web or mobile; agile teams preferred.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD; familiarity with design systems and handoff tools (Zeplin, Storybook).
Experience conducting/partnering on user research and usability testing; translate insights into design decisions.
Strong written and verbal English communication; present design rationale to stakeholders.
User-centered mindset with attention to detail and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and insights; translate into personas and journeys.
Design information architectures, wireframes, and interaction flows; create prototypes.
Develop high-fidelity mockups and UI components; contribute to design system.
Build interactive prototypes for testing; run usability tests and refine designs.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure implemented designs match specs.
Advocate for accessibility and performance; meet WCAG guidelines.
Document design decisions and handoff materials; maintain component libraries.
Monitor product usage and iterate to improve UX.
Contribute to design initiatives and branding updates.
