Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in UX/UI or product design for web/mobile.
• Experience in agile teams and remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of design systems and handoff tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate insights into personas and journeys.
• Design information architectures, wireframes, and flows.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and reusable components.
• Build interactive prototypes for testing and reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering for accurate implementation.
• Ensure accessibility and performance considerations.
• Document decisions and maintain design handoff assets.
• Contribute to design sprints and cross-functional initiatives.
