You will partner with product, engineering, and researchers to define interaction patterns, design systems, and prototypes that improve usability and drive product adoption. The role thrives in agile, iterative environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UX/UI or product design experience for web/mobile.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams and remote collaboration.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with design systems and handoff tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate insights into personas and journeys.
• Design information architectures, wireframes, and interaction flows.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and contribute to a shared design system.
• Build interactive prototypes and support usability testing.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation.
• Advocate for accessibility and performance.
• Document decisions and prepare handoff materials.
• Iterate designs based on usage data and feedback.
