Job summary

JobCubby, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a UX Designer to shape intuitive experiences across complex web apps. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, business, and design to translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.

With 5+ years of UX design experience, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and drive decisions from discovery through implementation, championing accessibility and responsive design in a remote India-based role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and product design for complex web applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design activities across the product design process.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate research into design and implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on findings.
• Create wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and interactive experiences.
• Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
