Virtual Dream Team is seeking an experienced Accountant for US tax, payroll, and QuickBooks to support multiple client accounts in a fully remote role from the Philippines. The position is full-time with US Central Time scheduling and weekly payments.

The ideal candidate will manage tax-related tasks, payroll processing, and reconciliation, while maintaining accurate financial records and timely reporting. Strong Excel and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in US taxation and payroll processing.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or entities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple client accounts
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules
• Support US tax-related compliance, documentation, and filing processes
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members as needed
• Document work clearly and meet established deadlines
