Job summary

Manila Recruitment Limited is seeking an US Immigration Case Manager for a remote role operating on US Eastern Time. You will coordinate immigration matters from intake to completion, serve as the main contact for clients, and ensure deadlines, documents, and workflow move smoothly.

This is a case management and client service role, not a paralegal position. You will work with the legal team to provide updates, maintain Docketwise records, and escalate delays while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct experience in a U.S. immigration law firm.
• Hands-on experience managing immigration cases from onboarding through completion.
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration case stages, deadlines, and government notices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage case workflow.
• Open new matters in Docketwise and ensure complete client/matter data.
• Track milestones, deadlines and follow-up dates with the team.
• Monitor inactivity and escalate delays to attorneys or paralegals as needed.
• Maintain case checklists and ensure administrative readiness for legal work.
