Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Supervisor or Deployment Supervisor to oversee US immigration cases at the NVC stage.

You will supervise the case coordination team, monitor progress, coordinate with applicants and international teams, and ensure timely and compliant document submission.

This role requires onsite work in Manila with night shifts to support US-based operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Legal Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years in immigration processing, case management, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably managing a case management or documentation team.
• Experience with US immigration or NVC processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite and night shift to support US-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing and monitoring of US immigration cases at the NVC stage.
• Lead and supervise the Case Coordination team, delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Track progress, deadlines, and pipeline movement; ensure timely submissions.
• Ensure accurate preparation and submission of required immigration documents.
• Coordinate with applicants, internal teams, legal representatives, and partners.
• Prepare regular reports on case status and team performance.
• Endorse cases to deployment or next-stage teams.
