Candidates should have an LLB, at least two years of U.S. immigration experience, and proficiency with CRM tools such as Docketwise, PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Pipefile, or similar

Qualifications

• LLB degree required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on U.S. immigration experience.
• Experience preparing and managing U.S. immigration petitions and documentation.
• Experience with legal case management and CRM software (Docketwise/PracticePanther/Lawmatics/Pipefile).
• Strong drafting, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions and supporting documentation.
• Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, letters, and client correspondence.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
• Maintain organized digital case files and support document retrieval.
• Manage and update case management and CRM systems (PracticePanther, Lawmatics, Docketwise, Pipefile, Monday.com).
• Track filing deadlines, monitor case progress, and assist with scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff on case preparation and workflow.
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, organization and workflow efficiency.
• Consistently meet performance expectations related to quality, productivity, and client service.
