Job summary

CPA Staffing Partners seeks a meticulous US Accountant to support U.S.-based CPA firms from the Philippines. You will manage general accounting tasks, perform month-end close, and prepare financial reports in US GAAP.

Collaboration with clients happens during US business hours, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. You should have a bachelor's in accounting/finance, CPA or equivalent, and strong Excel plus experience with ERP/accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent).
• Experience with US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with US GAAP-compliant accounting, reconciliations, and monthly close.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules for clients.
• Support year-end closing, audits, and internal controls.
• Communicate with US-based clients during aligned business hours.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and documentation.
