Job summary

CPA Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Metro Manila to support US GAAP-based financial reporting for international clients. You will perform month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and prepare statements with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting or finance, strong Excel, and good English communication. CPA/ACCA/CMA or US-client experience is a plus; remote collaboration with global teams is common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records following US GAAP.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Prepare journal entries, GL reconciliations, and schedules.
• Assist with financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze data and investigate variances.
• Support external audits and client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and internal controls.
