D2B is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent (Appointment Setter) to join our offshore team in a 100% remote role under an Independent Contractor Agreement. You will perform high-volume outbound calls to UK customers, qualify opportunities, and secure qualified appointments for our field consultants.

English proficiency and a proven track record in cold calling are essential. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in outbound sales, strong negotiation skills, and experience with a dialer and CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Flawless spoken and written English with a clear, professional telephone manner.
• Experience with a cloud-based dialer and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to UK prospective customers using the cloud-based dialing system.
• Introduce the premium product portfolio in a consultative manner.
• Qualify opportunities by identifying energy-efficiency needs.
• Hit a target of at least 2 booked appointments per day.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and data dispositions.
