You will ensure accurate financial categorization, maintain clean records, and work with leadership to improve reporting. This is a remote opportunity with global scope, requiring strong U.S. accounting knowledge and collaboration with CPAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience, including U.S. company work.
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks is required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with remote work ability.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping across all accounts and ensure proper categorization.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms; monitor data integrity.
• Manage cash flow tracking and provide liquidity insights to leadership.
• Review and optimize internal financial workflows and controls.
• Prepare structured reports and support budgeting, forecasts, and tax filings with CPAs.
