We seek a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to own day-to-day bookkeeping, cash flow management, and financial reporting in a fully remote setting. You'll categorize transactions in QuickBooks, prepare periodic financial reports, and collaborate with leadership and external CPAs to ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelore2e2e27s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including at least 2 years for a U.S. company.
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks.
• Proven experience with detailed categorization and financial cleanup.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping across all accounts.
• Ensure transactions are correctly categorized in QuickBooks.
• Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards.
• Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Track cash flow and provide liquidity insights to leadership.
• Review, document, and optimize internal financial workflows.
• Prepare clear financial reports and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Collaborate with external CPAs during tax filings, audits, and reviews.
