Job summary

RGP Philippines is a global consultancy seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to shape and deliver effective training strategies across the organization. You will coordinate end-to-end programs, develop content, and partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

This role emphasizes adult learning principles and practical application. You will lead curriculum development, onboarding improvements, and cross-functional initiatives while collaborating with teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or a related field.
• Approximately five or more years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training, talent development or organizational capability building.
• Experience conducting learning needs analysis and developing practical learning solutions.
• Strong training coordination, project management and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Experience supporting onboarding, curriculum management or capability-building initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Availability to work EMEA working hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify capability gaps and clarify performance requirements.
• Develop learning strategies, training roadmaps and delivery plans aligned with business priorities.
• Recommend appropriate learning solutions, delivery methods and development approaches.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
