Job summary

RGP Philippines is seeking a Learning Designer to convert instructor-led training into engaging digital modules and develop comprehensive learning experiences for global teams. The role combines instructional design with rapid content development and requires collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders in a fully remote setup.

You will create Storyline/Rise content using Articulate 360, produce AI-assisted videos with Synthesia, and leverage Microsoft 365 to organize and document projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Multimedia or equivalent.
• Practical knowledge of instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing digital learning, e-learning or blended learning content.
• Hands-on proficiency with Articulate 360, particularly Storyline and Rise.
• Experience using Synthesia or a comparable AI video creation platform.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.
• Ability to simplify complex information and organize content into clear learning journeys.
• Strong writing, visual communication, attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple deliverables and collaborate across time zones.
• Availability to work EMEA working hours.

Responsibilities

• Review existing instructor-led training and identify effective structure for self-paced or blended learning.
• Convert content into digital modules preserving objectives and context.
• Redesign content for digital delivery with interactions and knowledge checks.
• Ensure modules are concise, navigable and audience-appropriate.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, knowledge checks, and job aids.
• Create learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Use Synthesia to develop professional learning videos.
• Use Microsoft 365 to create, review and collaborate on content.
• Maintain consistency across modules in visual style and tone.
• Coordinate with learning leads and stakeholders to confirm scope and messages.
• Facilitate content reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy, accessibility, branding and learner experience.
• Manage deliverables, timelines and communicate progress and risks.
• Work in a fully remote environment aligned with EMEA hours.
