Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses.
• Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
• Develop and maintain training documents and materials as the content expert.
• Implement induction programs and monitor trainees’ progress with managers.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and explore e-learning packages.
