Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a USRN Training Program Manager with a strong clinical background to lead utilization management initiatives in a CPO/BPO environment. The role requires supervisory experience and proven training skills to support knowledge transfer.

The ideal candidate will hold a USRN or MD license, with nursing or medical degree, and at least 1 year training experience in relevant settings. Start ASAP; work setup includes temporary work-from-home at multiple PH locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent clinical, hospital, or similar experience.
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program or Doctor of Medicine degree.
• Current, unrestricted RN or MD license in the Philippines and/or US.
• Experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back Office, Organizational Development, or other CPO-related processes.
• Experience in effective knowledge transfer using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness.
• Teaching credentials or certification is an advantage.
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation.
• At least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment.
• Strong management or supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment.
