A leading healthcare training provider in Taguig is seeking a Training Specialist to develop teams in the US Healthcare space. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training programs for healthcare professionals in a BPO/CPO setting, improve performance, and ensure clinical excellence. Candidates should hold an active PHRN/USR license, have at least 1 year of teaching and CPO experience, and can start ASAP. The role offers a package up to 60k PHP with a 70k sign-on bonus, hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of teaching experience, academic background is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year CPO experience, preferably in Utilization Review.
• Can start ASAP.
