About the role

USRN Training Program Manager responsible for developing and delivering training programs within a CPO/BPO environment. The role involves managing training initiatives, knowledge transfer, and program effectiveness while supporting utilization management and clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness methodology
• Manage training initiatives and knowledge transfer across multiple locations
• Oversee training delivery in CPO/BPO environment
• Support utilization review, utilization management, coding, back office, and organizational development processes
• Supervise and manage training teams

About you

• At least 1 year of recent and pertinent clinical/hospital or similar experience
• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience
• At least 2 years of recent and pertinent supervisory or managerial experience
• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program or Doctor of Medicine degree with current, unrestricted license as RN or MD in the Philippines and/or US
• Experience in Utilization Review, Utilization Management, Coding, Back office, Organizational Development, and other CPO related processes
• At least 1 year of trainer experience in a CPO/BPO environment
• Management or supervisory skills and Microsoft environment skills
• USRN certification (any state)
• Teaching credentials or certification a plus
• Strong clinical background in orthopedics, emergency room, intensive care, neurology, occupational medicine, or rehabilitation useful
