This remote position requires excellent English, strong multitasking, and the ability to handle police coordination, accident calls, and urgent roadside assistance while maintaining real-time updates for customers and insurers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dispatcher for a U.S.-based towing company.
• Strong working knowledge of Towbook.
• Experience coordinating with police and law enforcement for towing.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch towing and roadside assistance calls using Towbook.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely service.
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and law enforcement.
• Monitor job status and provide real-time updates.
• Coordinate with law enforcement for accident scenes and police-initiated towing.
• Prioritize calls and manage multiple dispatch requests efficiently.
