Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based B2B Sales Development Specialist – Construction & Industrial. This independent contractor role involves building and qualifying a strong APAC sales pipeline across Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in B2B lead generation or sales development, strong English, and proven cold outreach ability. Remote work offers flexibility while aligning with PH business hours.

Qualifications

2+ years in B2B lead generation or sales development
Strong written and spoken English proficiency
Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and build rapport
Able to manage outreach cadences and CRM records
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently remotely
Comfortable engaging across APAC cultures, markets, and time zones
Experience in technical or industrial sectors is a plus

Responsibilities

Build and qualify a healthy APAC sales pipeline across Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.
Outbound prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and outreach tools.
Qualify opportunities against budget, need, timing, and authority.
Book discovery calls and product demonstrations for the commercial team.
Maintain accurate prospect activity and pipeline in Odoo CRM.
Provide market intelligence and feedback to the wider team.
Work independently and adapt hours to engage customers across APAC times.
Support the growth of the sales function in a fully remote environment
