You will coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely completion, while maintaining clear progress tracking and documentation. This remote role requires strong communication and process discipline, with a focus on deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.

• Proficient in using tracking tools and spreadsheets for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process transfer of ownership requests across vendors and service providers.
• Update billing information, account access, and authorized users for secure account management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely transfers.
• Maintain clear progress tracking and reporting on transfer statuses.
• Follow established procedures while adapting to vendor-specific requirements.
• Proactively resolve delays, missing information, and discrepancies through follow-up.
• Ensure transfers are fully completed through final confirmation and closure.
