Extenteam in the Philippines is seeking a Telecommunications Transition Coordinator to manage ownership transfers across service providers and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. This role focuses on accurate data handling and timely completion of transfer tasks.

You will update billing access, maintain progress reporting, and ensure smooth handoffs and final closure in a fast-paced remote-friendly environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, process driven approach to work.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear status updates and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process transfer of ownership requests across various vendors and service providers.
• Update billing information, account access, and authorized users to ensure secure and accurate account management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure transfers are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Maintain clear progress tracking and reporting to provide visibility into the status of each transfer.
• Follow established procedures while adapting to vendor specific requirements.
• Proactively resolve delays, missing information, and discrepancies through consistent follow up.
• Ensure transfers are fully completed through final confirmation and closure.
