Qualifications

• 5 years of presales experience in Telecom.
• Proven experience leading RFPs.
• Experience with a software product company.
• Telecom network background is essential (e.g., Ericsson, Allot, Cisco).
• Mobile data & IP knowledge with deep telecom knowledge.
• Familiar with the mobile market.
• Strong Linux operations and PoC scripting.
• Understanding of DevOps and related tools.
• High skills in virtualization, NFV, SDN and containerization.
• BS in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Technically support sales process - initiatives, upsells, and new opportunities.
• Product introduction, demonstration, and presentation - Prepare, Present and Demonstrate.
• Solution Engineering – understand customer needs and create upsells and new opportunities; translate requirements into solutions.
• RFx overall responsibility – provide full RFX responses and defend the submission.
• Provide detailed specifications and SOW for customer requests and new requirements.
• Sales management of trials and PoC’s – define scope, requirements, milestones, timelines.
• Work and communicate efficiently with customers and internal teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Attend marketing events, trade shows and conferences as required.
• Gather information on customer needs to enable new sales opportunities.
