Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to lead technical solutioning and proposal development for enterprise customers.

You will combine engineering expertise with commercial insight to design viable, cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs. The role requires strong proposal development, bid management, and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into practical offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 7–10 years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or telecom engineering roles.
• Proven track record in designing telecom/network solutions and in proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end telecom, engineering, network, and infra solutions based on customer needs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, site assessments, and workshops.
• Drive technical solutioning for RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and bids.
• Develop SOWs, solution designs, deployment plans, and implementation approaches.
• Present technical solutions to customers and C-level stakeholders.
• Develop costing, pricing, ROI, and TCO models with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide technical support during negotiations and bid defenses.
• Identify opportunities for new solutions and offerings.
