This role requires strong remote work setup, excellent documentation, and collaboration with vendors. You’ll use TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zendesk and Jira to resolve incidents and maintain system stability for retail sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience diagnosing network, hardware, and SaaS issues.
• Ability to guide non-technical staff through steps calmly.
• Proficient with remote support tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.
• Experience using Zendesk or Jira for ticketing.
• Maintains thorough documentation for future reference.
