Job summary

Turnitin is hiring in Manila for a customer support role focused on delivering world-class assistance to both technical and non-technical customers. The successful candidate will solve problems, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include supporting the product via email (and occasionally phone/chat), working with Engineering on issues and releases, and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in a customer support role
• Fluent spoken/written English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, set priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure
• Excellent computer skills
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with good judgment
• Weekend work and early/late hours required

Responsibilities

• Proactively support the Turnitin product line via email, and occasionally phone and live chat
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management on product issues and releases
• Develop positive customer and cultural relations
• Assist in translation, maintenance, and updating of technical documentation
