Job summary

ReadyOn, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Technical Support Associate to join our global Support team. This remote role (Philippines only) offers a rotational schedule and a full-time commitment with payment in USD.

You will handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and help scale our support operations as ReadyOn grows. You will work with the Global Head of Technical Support and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to improve client experiences while learning our

Responsibilities

Investigate issues by gathering information and following troubleshooting steps.
Ask clear follow-up questions when more information is needed from the client.
Document findings, actions taken, and next steps in tickets.
Escalate complex issues to senior staff with proper context.
Keep clients updated with care, clarity, and empathy.
Follow internal processes and contribute to improvements.
Identify recurring issues and surface them to the team.
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success and other teams to resolve client issues.
Support the Head of Global Support in building a scalable, reliable function.
Take ownership of work and improve tickets, processes, and workflows.
