MicroSourcing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles. This remote, day‑shift position in the Metro Manila area emphasizes sourcing, screening, and interviews, with a focus on translating hiring needs into engaging postings and maintaining accurate candidate records.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of agency recruitment for technical labor‑hire roles.
• Experience on Federal Govt roles.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
• Competency in using ATS such as Job Adder and other HRIS.
• Have a LinkedIn profile that you actively engage in.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks and job descriptions.
• Translate hiring requirements into creative job postings to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, talent pools, and the hiring process using internal tools.
• Manage conversion of original CVs into the company format.
• Design and execute daily marketing strategies to capture leads via online ads and social media, with training provided.
