Tawantech in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote recruitment team. This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technical professionals across software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, cybersecurity, ERP, and related IT domains.

You will conduct interviews, coordinate technical assessments, negotiate offers, and build a robust candidate pipeline while working entirely remotely within a flexible, international

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment or IT Talent Acquisition.
Proven ability to source and attract technical IT professionals.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interviewing and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment cycle for technical roles from sourcing to offer.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and teams.
Negotiate offers and support onboarding for new hires.
Maintain candidate relationships and build a strong pipeline.
