Job summary

Inspektai is seeking a Technical Operations and Support Engineer to provide internal technical support, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure smooth technical project operations across teams. You will collaborate with development, operations, and AI teams to maintain documentation and troubleshoot systems.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
• Experience with IT infrastructure support (user management, software installation, VPNs, cloud services).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule and demonstrate full dedication to the role

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of technical aspects in inspection projects.
• Maintain internal IT systems, accounts, access permissions, and cloud-based tools.
• Assist with resolving technical issues for customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Create and maintain internal documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and technical workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configurations, and security for internal and external users.
• Work closely with system engineers, developers, and project managers to support project delivery.
• Assist in monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and security.
