Qualifications

• Min 4 years of proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong experience with Windows environments including workstations and servers.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including firewalls and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support across all levels.
• Troubleshoot issues related to workstations, servers, and networks.
• Support and manage systems including Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity tools.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
