Job summary

PSC Biotech in the Philippines is seeking an IT Technician to deliver technical support and IT operations for our global workforce. You will maintain infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking while supporting AI-enabled workflows and regulatory compliance.

This remote role runs 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST and offers opportunities to work with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, cybersecurity, and data privacy in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra ID.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and data privacy.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise collaboration tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for servers, networks, endpoints, apps, and enterprise systems.
• Escalate complex incidents and coordinate with IT teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, document work orders, and monitor performance.
• Support AI deployment, governance, and adoption across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives.
