Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technology contact for client programs, coordinating with global stakeholders and internal teams. This role supports lifecycle management, from sales to delivery, ensuring contractual commitments and technology alignment.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setup, requiring strong English communication, problem-solving, and travel up to 25% for client engagements. A degree in business or CS is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in technical account, project or product management.
• 2–4 years of call center experience.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and BPO environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Main technology point of contact for assigned programs and internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to meet business needs and deliverables.
• Provide feedback to product and service teams on customer experiences and service effectiveness.
• Assist with training, issue resolution, and ad-hoc technical reporting.
