Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of customers. You will optimize their technical health, drive ROI, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver value. Remote work is available for candidates in Mexico and India.

You will own the critical incident lifecycle, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and champion customer outcomes while adopting Samsara's platform, APIs, hardware, and software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as technical account management, solutions consulting, or customer success.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored success plans and identify risks to customer health.
• Own the technical ticket lifecycle from report to resolution and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead technical deep dives and quarterly technical account reviews with diverse audiences.
