Success Matcher Recruitment, LLC. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to join our growing international recruitment team, specializing in technical and engineering placements across the US, UK, and Canadian markets.

This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, proactive headhunting, and sourcing highly specialized technical professionals for innovative high-growth, technology companies, and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering positions across international markets.
• Source qualified candidates for roles including Software Engineers, Technical Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and other specialized technical positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, advanced Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and other sourcing platforms.
• Proactively engage passive candidates through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct candidate screenings, assess technical qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
• Build strong talent pipelines, maintain accurate ATS records, and drive successful placements.

About You

• At least 3 years of agency recruitment experience, with a proven track record of successful placements in the US, UK, and/or Canadian markets.
• Strong technical recruitment experience, particularly in software engineering, IT, AI/ML, or electrical engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub sourcing, and proactive headhunting.
• Strong working knowledge of GitHub and an active GitHub account for researching and identifying technical talent.
• Proven confidence and experience in cold calling and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Resourceful, results-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple technical vacancies.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and international recruitment processes.

• Competitive Base Salary: PHP 40,000–45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
