Job summary

risewave consulting, inc. is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead senior technical recruitment in the Philippines and nearby regions. You will design tailored assessments, build proactive pipelines, and align with delivery heads for high-impact hiring decisions.

You will engage passive candidates, leverage platforms like GitHub and LinkedIn Recruiter, and mentor junior TA teammates while sharing market insights and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5 years in technology or specialized recruitment.
• Proven success hiring for mid to senior tech roles.
• Experience in a consultancy, agency, or tech company is preferred.
• TA metrics and pipeline management.
• Strong stakeholder communication and offer negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage senior-level and niche technical roles (e.g., cloud, DevOps, solution architects).
• Design and manage tailored screening and assessment approaches.
• Facilitate high-impact hiring decisions with multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines.
• Engage passive candidates and participate in tech events.
• Explore alternative sourcing platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, Discord).
• Serve as talent advisor to delivery heads and hiring managers.
• Conduct intake meetings and calibrations.
• Guide hiring teams on interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coach TA team members (Interns / Recruitment Coordinators / Proj-Based).
• Recommend process improvements and recruitment best practices.
• Share market insights, salary trends, and competitor intelligence.
• Support employer branding efforts targeting tech communities.
