Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to own the top of the funnel for engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and trades recruitment across the US and Australian markets. You will manage 20–40 candidate calls daily, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure compliance and screening standards.

The role requires experience in agency recruitment, robust phone screening, and CRM discipline, with opportunities for growth, training, and a free AI certification program through Project 100K.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment, 1.5–2+ years in engineering/manufacturing/industrial/trades recruitment for US or AUS markets.
• Strong screening and reference-checking capabilities must demonstrate compliance verification.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and databases and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Screen candidates via phone/virtual interviews to assess technical capability and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding to meet placement KPIs.
