Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a remote Technical Support Specialist to provide remote setup and ongoing support for online signature platforms and document tools.

You will manage user administration, platform security, and single sign-on settings; troubleshoot integration errors, webhooks, and automated workflows; and assist internal teams with template design and contract workflow rules. Night shift, 100% remote.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical support or administration experience with e-signature platforms (DocuSign / CLM).
• Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and browser-side troubleshooting.
