Qualifications

• This role requires 2+ years in ERP/EDI or enterprise app support at a structured helpdesk.
• Familiarity with core ERP processes: sales orders, purchasing, inventory, shipping, invoicing.
• Experience delivering Level 1 or Level 2 support with tickets and escalation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first technical contact for ERP/EDI issues and triage incoming tickets.
• Conduct health checks, routine administration, and issue documentation for reuse.
• Escalate to senior engineers or vendors with clear diagnostic context.
