Job summary

Lago is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for multiple requisitions from a remote location. You will conduct market research, passive candidate identification, personalized outreach, and initial screening, delivering qualified shortlists for recruiters while maintaining accurate data and records.

Responsibilities include crafting Boolean searches, expanding the shared library, writing outreach emails, and coordinating with the Talent Acquisition Manager to meet SLA-driven targets

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated sourcing experience in a corporate or agency recruiting environment
• Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience plus at least one additional sourcing or talent intelligence platform
• Sourcing experience in ecommerce, marketplace, supply chain, or high-growth technology organizations preferred
• Depth in a specific lane discipline, commercial and brand or technical and operations, preferred
• Experience contributing to a shared search library or sourcing playbook preferred

Responsibilities

• Build sourcing strategy and channel plan for each requisition
• Construct Boolean search strings and candidate lists across platforms
• Conduct market mapping and talent landscape analysis on requisitions
• Maintain and improve the shared Boolean library with reusable strings
• Write outreach emails and multi-touch sequences
• Execute outreach at volume across InMail, email, and social channels
• Follow up on candidate responses with urgency to improve speed of reply
• Track reply rate and iterate messaging based on performance
• Re-engage prior pipelines through saved searches
• Build and nurture passive talent pools for recurring roles
• Hand off qualified candidates with summaries to screeners
• Maintain accurate candidate records and source attribution
• Participate in weekly calibration with the TA Manager
• Maintain or exceed department performance standards
