Uproot Clean is seeking a hands-on Recruiter who focuses 100% on active sourcing. You will identify and engage high-quality talent across functions and seniority levels using multiple channels and advanced search techniques.

You will build pipelines, qualify candidates early, and drive them into the recruiting workflow with urgency in a fast-moving environment. Success means producing high-quality candidate pipelines, surfacing strong candidates quickly, and maintaining speed and accuracy with

Qualifications

• 1+ year of full-time active sourcing experience required.
• Experience sourcing across multiple job boards and platforms.
• Strong outbound messaging and candidate outreach skills.
• Experience using advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open searches concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates across multiple boards and channels.
