Job summary

Staff Domain, Inc. seeks a proactive Talent Resourcer to support end-to-end recruitment, focusing on sourcing, screening, and progressing candidates for interview and placement. This role is fully remote from the Philippines with AU market exposure and performance-driven expectations.

You will maintain pipelines, submit client-ready profiles, and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders. Strong communication and ATS expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or related talent acquisition roles.
• Experience with Australian-based staffing or recruitment is a must-have.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).

Responsibilities

• Source and engage suitable candidates aligned to active roles.
• Conduct structured candidate prescreens to assess suitability.
• Prepare and submit client-ready candidate profiles.
• Schedule candidate interviews with clients, Talent Partners, or internal stakeholders.
• Ensure candidates are fully briefed and prepared prior to interview.
• Progress candidates through interview stages efficiently.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute consistently to monthly placement outcomes.
• Adhere to client's processes, quality standards, and timelines.
