Ladmins in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, vet, and onboard top‑tier freelance interpreters and translators for our growing contractor network. This full‑time remote role collaborates daily with the U.S. team.

You will manage onboarding, ensure proper contractor classification, and help scale the independent talent pipeline to meet client needs while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Knowledge of hiring independent contractors’ requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in language services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & recruitment of freelance interpreters and translators.
• Vetting via interviews and assessments to ensure standards.
• Onboarding of new independent contractors with policies.
• Educate teams on worker classification between employees and contractors.
