DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home-Based Recruiter to support a US-based commercial restoration and construction services company. You will source, screen, interview, and endorse candidates for client placement, manage postings, and maintain TA metrics from a remote setting.

The role requires 3+ years in HR/recruitment, strong English communication, and the ability to work graveyard or US business hours in Philippine time. Permanent work-from-home setup and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Education in Communication, HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR and/or recruitment.
• Strong English communication (verbal/written).
• Willingness to work overnight/US hours in Philippine time.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and screen candidates for client placement.
• Perform headhunting, cold calling, and passive sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across channels.
• Assist in maintaining employer branding through recruitment ads.
• Generate recruitment reports and dashboards for TA metrics.
• Support HR leadership in client meetings and recruitment discussions.
• Support HR department development and process improvements.
