DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home-Based Recruiter to support a US-based commercial restoration and construction services company. You will source, screen, interview, and endorse candidates for client placement, manage postings, and maintain TA metrics from a remote setting.

The role requires 3+ years in HR/recruitment, strong English communication, and the ability to work graveyard or US business hours in Philippine time. Permanent work-from-home setup and competitive benefits are provided.

Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Priority: Active Hiring We are looking for a Home-Based Recruiter to join a growing U.S.-based company in the commercial restoration and construction services industry. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition function by sourcing and screening qualified candidates, conducting interviews, managing job postings, preparing candidate endorsements, and maintaining recruitment reports and metrics. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership and HR stakeholders to identify strong candidates for client placement and support the continued growth of the Human Resources department.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Candidate Assessment: Effectively evaluates resumes, credentials, skills, experience, and qualifications against job requirements to identify suitable candidates.
• Sourcing & Recruitment: Demonstrates strong knowledge of headhunting, cold calling, passive candidate sourcing, and other recruitment methodologies, particularly for hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
• Communication: Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently with candidates, hiring stakeholders, HR leadership, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Organization: Manages multiple job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interviews, endorsements, job postings, reports, and recruitment deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Accountability: Takes ownership of recruitment deliverables, maintains accurate records and metrics, follows through on candidate and client commitments, and works independently in a remote environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct resume reviews, candidate screening, interviews, and candidate endorsements to Talent Acquisition Leadership for possible client placement.
• Perform headhunting, cold calling, passive candidate sourcing, and other recruitment methodologies to close hard-to-fill and highly specialized manpower requests.
• Carefully assess candidate credentials, skills, experience, and knowledge against position requirements.
• Create, prepare, and post job advertisements across online job channels, job boards, and social media.
• Assist other HR functions in creating and maintaining the company's employer brand through effective job postings and recruitment advertisements.
• Generate recruitment reports, provide updates, and maintain Talent Acquisition dashboards and metrics.
• Assist HR Leadership during client-facing meetings and recruitment-related discussions.
• Support the continued development and improvement of the Human Resources department.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities analogous to the foregoing as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Degree in Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional Human Resources and/or Recruitment experience
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment coordination.
• Experience handling hard-to-fill or specialized positions is an advantage.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through online job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Strong understanding of resume screening, candidate assessment, interviewing, and endorsement processes.
• Ability to use recruitment systems, applicant tracking tools, databases, and other HR-related platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to prepare recruitment reports, maintain dashboards, and track Talent Acquisition metrics.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify qualified passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing recruitment and business needs.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 55,000
